His career started as an naval electrical engineer and technology consultant. He was later involved with the design and installation of the CCTV surveillance system in Singapore Prison and Kranji Detection Barracks. He had also worked extensively with the global telecommunications operators, acting as telecom fraud and security consultant. As an active NSman in the Singapore Armed Forces, Mr. Lee holds the rank of a Captain in the Defense Squadron of a military airbase. Mr. Lee and his team combine vast knowledge, expertise, dedication and tenacity with state-of-the-art technology to deliver powerful, truthful and accurate results. <br> <br> <b>General Manager, EDDIE TAN<br> </b>Eddie served in Ministry of Defence for 20-odd years as an Army officer. He was trained in manpower, artillery, security and intelligence. He spent the next ten years aboard doing business before returning to Singapore. He spent the next 4 years as a real estate professional before joining the security industry. <br> In the SAF, he was involved in manpower administration, combat duties and was a staff officer at various levels from the unit to MINDEF and commanded a unit before he left the service. <br> In the security industry, he is involved in managing the operational aspects of security and did encroachment and patrol duties on behalf of several government agencies. He was also involved in event management and spends the last 2 years as Head Security for a public listed company and its fire safety programs.<br> In the last 5 years, he took up courses to upgrade himself. He is a trained real estate professional and a practicing fire safety manager. He has just completed a course in security and fire safety management in Temasek Polytechnic and will soon be embarking on another security professional course.<br> <br> <b>Senior Legal Advisor, MICHAEL TAY<br> </b>Mr. Tay has over 40 years of experience with the Singapore Police Force. He worked as a Senior Court Prosecution Officer for 10 years, representing the state in criminal cases as well as conducting Coroner’s Inquiries into cases of unnatural death for the CID. Prior to this, Mr. Tay also worked as a Senior Investigation Officer for CID’s Organised Crime Branch. Through his extensive legal expertise, you are assured that all operations are conducted in a lawful and professional manner. He has also worked as the Chief Security Officer for a major hotel and a large shopping retailer.<br> <br> <b>Fire Safety & Facility Management, JOSEPH M S<br> </b>Joseph is a certified Fire Safety Manager from the Civil Defence Academy.
